Mental Health Wednesdays – Support for Our Community’s Mental Health

Join FISH of Sanibel-Captiva for ‘Mental Health Wednesdays’ – an ongoing initiative designed to address and support the mental health needs of our island community. From 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM every Wednesday, individuals in need of support are encouraged to attend sessions held at Saint Michael & All Angels Episcopal Church, located at 2304 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel. This program, led by Laura Guarino, MA, LMHC, CBHCMS, offers 30-minute private sessions addressing crucial mental health topics, including PTSD, trauma, and loss – especially significant for those dealing with post-hurricane stress and recovery.
